The Itinerary
This is a business event like no other. The schedule is sequential, structured and relaxed. Offering you the chance to get away from the office for a few days, rest and refocus.
Mornings
Curated by our excellent facilitators, the mornings are filled with informative talks, workshops filled with strategies, tips, techniques, group exercises and discussions focused around the theme of each day.
Free Time
After lunch take the opportunity to rest, relax. Maybe go for a walk, relax in the lounge, enjoy the view with a cup of tea and maybe some cake. The free time is for you to take some time to yourself, reflect on the morning workshops, note down ideas, chat with others or even book a 1 on 1 coaching session with our experienced facilitators.
Afternoons
We have a workshop session in the afternoon to check in with everyone, discuss progress as a group and answer any questions you might have. There is also the option of specific breakout group sessions in the afternoons around any topics which are prevalent in the group.
Evenings
Time to enjoy some much needed “down time” and socialising. With all this work, it’s time to chill. We will enjoy a delicious dinner, drinks, great conversations, a few laughs and relax together.
The Facilitators
The facilitators will be curating the workshops and discussions throughout the event. Additionally, they will be available for 1on1 sessions and groups discussions in the afternoons throughout the retreat should you have any specific needs.
