Lisa proves that archetypes are a thing of the past when it comes to Non-Executive Directors – following her early work as an Entrepreneur and CEO, Lisa embarked on her NED journey at only 34 and has successfully grown her non-executive portfolio while having her two children. She has served on the boards of the Scottish Police Authority, Ethical Property Company and Scottish Solicitors Discipline Tribunal. She current holds roles on the Boards of NHS Ayrshire and Arran, Ombudsman Services, the Scottish Land Fund and Forestry and Land Scotland. She keeps up her love of entrepreneurship through her role as a Virgin Start-up Mentor and Angel Investor.

She lectures at the University of Edinburgh, and she runs workshops and speaks on the science of attraction, relationships, male/female dynamics, health & wellbeing, and success at work for women.
