About Me

So, I have been contemplating starting my blog for a while…

I have recently sold my business. Through years of hard work, commitment and personal sacrifice, I turned 15 managed properties into an established lettings and property sales agency. It’s now a market leader in three locations, and its amazing staff team deal with hundreds of customers a year. Throughout the highs and lows, I learned a lot, and I enjoyed the journey immensely. It has shaped the person I am today.

As much as I enjoyed and excelled at running my business, I realised that it was not my passion. So, having always been someone who acts, I sold the business, to pursuing my true passion, helping others. pursue what inspires them, and create impact in the world.

How do I do this…

I am a visionary activator and facilitator. What does this mean? I firstly help visionaries gain clarity on their ‘Why’. Why do you run your own business? Or want to start one? We all being with great intentions, but sometimes it gets lost along the way. This is important, because how can you know where to place each step if you have no idea of the final destination?

Once this is clearly defined we can begin on looking at where you are now. What is your current situation, what do we need to add, improve or eliminate.

Then its selection and implementation of the systems, processes, strategy and structure elements that will funnel your energy and passion into meaningful impact. I walk you through a variety of diagnostic exercises to identify the best tools to incorporate into your business, we timeline implementation of these tools and then check in with you regularly to support you through the implementation phase.

I do this in a variety of ways, through my blog, coaching, consulting and 4-Day retreats in the beautiful Lake District (Next on in March 2019  – Details coming soon)

I love what I do. I want use my knowledge and expertise to nurture and support others in their entrepreneurial journey.

I would love to chat to you about your business, so just get in touch!
